The teachers are engaging and fun and the classes follow a good, clear structure that helps to highlight improvements the swimmers make. We have had very few issues over the years, but anything minor that has cropped up has been dealt with very quickly and professionally. We have been to Edge Swim for a while now (intensive classes during school breaks only). My children absolutely loved their intensive summer swimming lessons this year. We did two weeks of classes and my youngest went from not being able to swim to swimming the length of the pool without any buoyancy aids! Amazing! The teachers are absolute superstars, so supportive, encouraging and kind. All my three children have learnt to swim with edge. They have thrived with small class sizes and teachers who are so lovely and caring. My youngest was anxious when learning to swim and Ruth was the kindest most compassionate teacher with her. As my children have moved through the stages Edge have always made the lessons in equal parts fun and challenging meaning they have all made very good progress. We have had to change our previous swim school as it was closing. Edge were on our list for September. Our daughters have recently attended 4 day holiday classes. Great sessions and eldest completed her stage 3. Both girls loved the classes and their teachers. She always has a massive smile on her face, progresses really well and builds her confidence. All the teachers are calm, approachable, fun and skilful. We have done their 3 day intensive courses over the holidays for the last two years. The groups are small so your child gets the teachers attention equally. They progress so much in such a short amount of time. All the different teachers we have had have been kind and attentive and the kids have really enjoyed it.
